As part of our ongoing commitment to support both the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees, Delta has partnered with Spring Health to provide mental health services at no charge to employees at our hubs and largest stations. This service is completely confidential. The clinicians are bound by doctor-patient confidentiality rules and duty of care professional standards.
If you are scheduling a virtual appointment, please make sure that you are scheduling with a clinician who is located in the state you will be physically located in at the time of the appointment. Clinicians are required to be licensed in the state where the client is physically located at the time of the appointment.
Delta Onsite Clinicians provide confidential support to Delta managers, leaders, and individuals. Services offered include short-term, solution-focused support and connection to pertinent resources for individuals as well as manager/leader consultation. Services are only available to active Delta employees. To schedule, select your location, choose your day and time, click continue and then select virtual or onsite. If you select onsite, the location address will be included in your email confirmation.
